The technical specifications of the Audi TT 8J3
The length of the vehicle was 4,178 mm, its width was 1,842 and the height was 1,352 mm. The ride height was 130 mm. Small luggage compartment with the capacity of 290 l could be extended up to 700 l. The RS version had different dimensions: it was 4,198 mm long and 1,342 mm high. After the facelift of 2010, the length of all versions changed to 4,198.

There were 18 versions of the Audi TT 8J3 made during the years of the production: 8 petrol and 1 diesel before the facelift of 2010; 9 petrol and 1 diesel after it.
The fastest was the RS 2.5 TFSI quattro MT. It was fitted with a 360 hp engine with direct fuel injection and turbocharger. Its torque was 465 Н⋅м. The car accelerated to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and speeding up to 200 km/h took a little more than 15 seconds. The maximum speed of the version reached 280 km/h and its carrying capacity was 335 kg. In order to cover the distance of 100 km on the highway, it needed 6.8 l on average, 9 l in the mixed cycle and 12 l of fuel in an urban area. The 370 mm composite brake discs improved the braking effectiveness. Switching to the sports mode allowed to adjust the settings of the exhaust system and parameters of the accelerator pedal.
The trim packages of the TT 8J3
Apart from the base trim, there were S Edition and Pro Line packages offered for the Audi TT (2006–2014) coupe. The standard equipment of the vehicle included multifunction steering wheel trimmed with leather, electric power steering, electrically adjustable heated mirrors, headlights washers, onboard computer, front and side airbags. The interior was characterised by qualitative leather upholstery and a great number of decorative elements.
Audi magnetic ride, the adaptive suspension system available as an option should be paid special attention to. The shock absorbers filled up with special liquid were able to adjust their firmness depending on the road conditions which resulted in better steering response and stability of the vehicle as well as the higher level of comfort.
