The Smart Crossblade: specifications

The front axle of the convertible was equipped with ventilated brake discs. The rear axle was fitted with drum brakes. The car featured front independent MacPherson strut and dependent De Dion tube rear suspension.

There was only one rear-wheel-drive petrol version of Smart Crossblade cars (2002–2003) — 0.6 АМТ with a semi-automatic transmission. The car was equipped with a 3-cylinder, 6-valve straight engine with a turbocharger and multipoint fuel injection system.
