BEEPER RW050RF Reversing camera with camera

The BEEPER RW050RF is a parking aid system, specially developed for passenger vehicles.

More and more imposing (minivans, SUV, 4x4) and with painted bumpers, vehicles are more and more difficult to park without risk of scratches. The rear vision also brings a real safety in case of passage of a pedestrian or a child at the rear of the vehicle.

Main features
The RW050RF is a radio transmission rear view video kit for small and medium size vehicles (city car, sedan, station wagon & 4x4..)
- When the vehicle is reversed, the reversing video system is automatically activated.
- The screen allows you to visualize the rear blind spot so you can maneuver in reverse in complete safety.
- As soon as you stop reversing, the system is inactive.
- Different colored templates allow to visualize the distances during a maneuver (cancelable function)
- The installation is fast and simple thanks to the radio transmission between the screen and the camera and the suction cup support of the screen.

Activation and deactivation of the system
The system is automatically activated when the vehicle is in reverse gear. It deactivates automatically when the vehicle is shifted into another gear or into neutral.

Installation of the screen in the passenger compartment
Two types of monitor mounting:

- Suction cup mount: The suction cup mount allows you to position the screen where you want it and remove it after use.
- Adhesive support: The high resistance double-sided adhesive support allows you to position your monitor on the dashboard.

Distance Viewing Templates

According to the type of configuration carried out at the time of the installation of the product, lines of template of visualization of the distances appear in incrustation on the screen. This template is strictly indicative, it is up to you to judge the distances of the obstacles visible on the screen. These template lines can be deactivated when the product is installed.

Installation of the camera
The camera is positioned above the license plate without obstructing its visibility, and should be placed as centrally as possible.

WARNING - VEHICLES THAT DO NOT ALLOW A CONSUMER TO BE CONNECTED TO THE REVERSE LIGHT HARNESS
On some vehicles, the +12 V Backup Light is interfered with when the engine is running, which can interfere with the proper operation of the Backup Camera Kit. In other cases, this +12 V Backup Light does not allow any additional power consumption.
For all these vehicles, Beeper has developed the RCANR2 module to retrieve the +12V Backup Light information from the CANBUS network. This module connects to the CANBUS of the compatible vehicle and delivers a +12V Backup Light for the connection of a backup camera.
