Is this the clutch and the fly wheel?

And I want to be 100% certain it fits. Here is my vin number - wbawk72020p****** and here is my engine number - A4461247 and my number plate - MA*****. If you could confirm for me that it is definitely going to fit my car that would be great.

Also does this include all the screws that I will need to complete the job? Or do I need to buy those separately?
