CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE COLOURS
www.onlinecarparts.co.uk
Dear customer,
Thank you for your question.
The green ones are simple indicators of the fact that a device has been activated: the position lights, the directional arrows. These are similar to the blue one of the high beam headlights, a device that must be used wisely (for example, it must be turned off when crossing other vehicles), but which in itself does not indicate any malfunction.
The yellow ones indicate a minor anomaly: the engine light or the catalyst light come on when the sensors register a problem, without the need for emergency intervention. However, it will be better to go to the workshop as soon as possible.
Finally, there are the red ones, the color that par excellence attracts the attention of those who drive and forces them to stop (not surprisingly it is the same color with which you stop at the traffic lights): a serious anomaly is in progress and continue to moving forward would certainly cause damage to the car's engine.
In order to check the suitability of the requested item for your vehicle and to find out the alternative car parts, we kindly ask you to provide us with the VIN code / chassis number (17 letters+digits) or the original part number (OEM) of the required car part.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Best regards,
the onlinecarparts.co.uk team
