Technical specifications of Lancia Y10 (156)
The body length was 3,425 mm, the width – 1,510 mm, the height – 1,430 mm. The road clearance was 160 mm. The volume of the luggage compartment was 195 litres and could be increased to 830 litres with the folded rear seats.
The front suspension was independent with MacPherson struts, the rear – dependent. Brake discs were installed on the vehicle’s front axle and drum mechanisms – on the rear one.
Main versions
There were 17 petrol versions of the Lancia Y10 (156). Apart from FWD, the manufacturer offered all-wheel driven versions.
The 1.3i MT FWD version was the most powerful. It was equipped with a 4-cylinder 8-valve in-line engine with multipoint fuel injection. The engine output was 74 hp, the maximum torque – 102 Nm at 3,250 rpm. Fuel consumption was 7.9 litres per 100 km in urban cycle, 5.6 litres – in extra-urban cycle. The manufacturer offered a few trim levels, for instance, Fire LX, Touring, Turbo, Fila, Martini, Missoni, GT i.e., Fire LX i.e., Mia, Ego, Avenue. The factory-installed equipment of Lancia Y10 (1985–1995) hatchbacks included an air conditioner, tilt adjustable steering column, carpet floor lining.
