6. Special treatments are used to restore surrounds. They are usually applied with a paintbrush onto a clean surface.
7. Cones of mid- and low-range drivers are made from wood, paper, plastic or Kevlar; those of tweeters from silk, aluminium, or titanium.
8. To avoid distortion, it’s better to opt for components with a higher power rating than your audio system.
