Hello, I am interested in purchasing this Aerial for my 2005 Nissan Amera saloon. Will this simply screw in to base of the existing aerial which has broken off please, which means that I do not have to make entry from the interior of the car

I have a 2001 Swift Gazelle motorhome based on a Fiat Ducato 2.8 diesel. The FM radio arial, which was about 30cm long, has a 12mm base screwed into a mount on the driver's side door pillar. The mount has a interal loose spring to provide electrical contact. The aerial has broken off leaving just the 12mm threaded metal piece still in the mount. All replacement aerials I can find online have 4/5/6mm threads. Is it possible to get a replacement with a 12mm thread?
