SKODA Citigo Hatchback cars: technical specifications, versions and trim levels
Škoda Citigo cars are small 3- and 5-door hatchbacks that have been manufactured since 2011. Their premiere took place at the International Motor Show Germany. Production is organized in Slovakia. Despite compact dimensions and small weight, these cars are known for a high level of safety. They got the highest mark of five stars in Euro NCAP crash-tests in 2011. Technical characteristics of Škoda Citigo
The length of Škoda Citigo hatchbacks is 3563 mm, width – 1641 mm, height – 1463 mm. This car can accommodate the driver and three passengers. The luggage compartment capacity increases from 251 to 951 litres if the rear seats are folded. Depending on the selected version, road clearance varies between 121 and 136 mm.

Main versions
About 10 versions of Škoda Citigo hatchbacks have been released since it entered production. Besides, there are no diesel versions, only petrol and dual-fuel versions. All the cars have front-wheel drive.
1.0 MPI (75 hp) Greentech version has balanced characteristics. Its 3-cylinder 12-valve naturally aspirated engine has produces the torque of 95 N⋅m. The engine uses a multi-point fuel injection system. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 13.9 seconds. Top speed of this version can reach 171 km/h. Greentech technology allows to save fuel with the help of Start-Stop system, regenerative braking and low rolling resistance tyres: fuel consumption in the extra-urban cycle is only 3.8 litres of petrol, 4.2 litres – in the combined cycle and 4.6 litres – in the urban cycle. The loading capacity of this version is 458 kg.
The transmission is a 5-speed automated manual gearbox ASG. It further improves fuel efficiency.
Trim levels of Citigo
Depending on the target market and production year, Škoda Citigo (2011–present) hatchbacks can be offered in the following trim levels: Active, Ambition, Style, Sport, Sound, Monte Carlo, Sprint, Easy, Elegance and others.
Depending on the selected trim, the car can feature front, side and curtain airbags, traction control system, electronic differential lock, engine torque control system, etc. City Safe Drive emergency braking assist detects the presence of obstacles at speeds below 30 km/h and stops the car automatically.
