Hello. Does Wing mirror come with termo sensor and it affects when to activate the heat to defrost ice. In my case: When you open the car with key card megane 3 hatchback BZO/1 it gives on heater clamps 9.9Volts unplluged always. When you connect to heater socket drop down the voltage to 0? How it can be or please advise what can be done with this? Thank you..

If there are no the button for turning on / off the mirror heating in the passenger compartment, you may have an automatic function for turning on the mirror heating when the temperature sensor sees the temperature below zero. But if the sensor is faulty, the heating can be turned on all the time.
We highly recommend you use a professional car workshop to have a close look into the issue with your car and locate the faulty parts.
